He wakes up Yoichi, who is sleeping at the end of his bed. In Shinjuku, Yu finally wakes up in the hospital after a week. Third Progenitor Krul Tepes summons Mika to the Royal Audience Chamber, and Lacus calls Mika the queen's pet. He asks Mika what exactly Mika is, to which Mika answers that he is just an ugly blood-sucker. He says that the human monster was someone Mika used to know, and asks if that was why Krul favors him. Lacus tries to get information from Mika. Lacus mentions how the humans were performing forbidden research that could destroy the world, which was something called the " Seraph of the End". Lacus and René talk about the monster on the battlefield and mention how it troubled the Progenitor Council. While getting dressed, Lacus attempts small talk with Mika, but Mika remains silent. Wiping away his tears, he mentions that he has not cried since becoming a vampire. In Sanguinem, Mika wakes up once his curse detoxification is complete. List of characters in order of appearance:

He cries from happiness when he recalls that Mika is still alive. Third Progenitor Krul Tepes calls Mika to her chambers. It's literally 18 mins of your life and the jokes are decent, lil more nostalgia and love can't kill.Mika wakes crying during his detoxification back in Sanguinem. (tbh the only funny from these was the one with the driving and I did find it to be pretty fun).Īs a whole I would say that if you are watching owari no seraph, you should watch this. Such jokes include Guren leaving the meeting and trying to leave but actually ending up there again, the gang trying to go to someplace but taking the wrong turn, mitsuba kicking the MC in different places and him not anticipating any of them etc. Or unfunny and it is nine 2 minute long episodes of jokes. The only reason I did not rate this over 7.5 is because several jokes are repetitive Overall, I like these little special/OVAs of jokes/omakes because they make me feel nostalgic and it's some more love put into the anime and translated to the viewer. These are just old/used scenes from the anime edited into pretty funny jokes, to be honest I didn't mind the lack of effort since I did laugh and enjoy most of them, I think these episodes made me happier and so I must give them a 7/7.5, This entry is 9*2 minute long episodes of gags and humorous scenes of the anime. If the actual first season was a bit more light-hearted, then maybe I would have enjoyed it more. Is it wrong for me to enjoy this show more than the actual series? It's so nice to see that Seraph of the End isn't afraid of poking fun of itself. Since I watched the first season in English, it feels refreshing to listen to the original voice actors, especially when some of my personal favorites, like Kaito Ishikawa and Saori Hayami, partake in this series. That said, the first season's visual quality is so good that there wasn't much to screw up here. The shorts are rather cheaply made and just reuse shots from the first seasons. It's refreshing to see Guren, taciturn and normally unflappable Guren, lose his dignity every once in a while. That said, Guren isn't safe from this either. If something bad happens, chances are it will happen to Yuu. Gags is how they comment on Yuu's lack of depth as a protagonist and how dense and easily dominated by his emotions he is, which makes him a prime target of this show's comedy. They weren't great, they're just good enough. They're not bad, I think the show deserves praise for having the bravery of making fun of itself, but they weren't masterpieces. These shorts feature comedic variations of scenes from the first seasons, and most of them involve Yuuichirou getting humiliated in some manner. That said, are they good? Well, let's hop on and find out!

They're mostly comedy-based and only exist to deliver a light-hearted feel to an otherwise dark and gritty series.
